Programs are planned around the Sunday to Thursday week, so sessions never land on the weekend. During Ramadan, when working hours are shorter, workshops move to shorter blocks, or to the evening after iftar if the team prefers. Groups can be mixed or separate, depending on what the organization prefers. Riyadh runs on GMT+3 all year. That is the same time as Beirut in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so live online sessions are easy to schedule.تُخطَّط البرامج وفق أسبوع العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس، فلا تقع أي جلسة في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع. وفي رمضان، حين تكون ساعات العمل أقصر، تتحوّل ورش العمل إلى فترات أقصر أو إلى المساء بعد الإفطار إن فضّل الفريق ذلك. ويمكن أن تكون المجموعات مختلطة أو منفصلة بحسب ما تفضّله المؤسسة. وتعمل الرياض بتوقيت GMT+3 طوال السنة، وهو توقيت بيروت نفسه في الصيف ويسبقه بساعة في الشتاء، فيسهل تحديد مواعيد الجلسات المباشرة أونلاين.
